An in-depth training series offering detailed, step-by-step guidance to help build a robust spiritual and emotional foundation. This foundation will enhance emotional intelligence, foster healthy relationships with oneself and others, and provide a fresh perspective on life, ultimately improving overall quality of life.
Goal: To support individuals, identify areas of emotional discomfort (internal) that contribute to negative and adverse behaviors (external). These behaviors adversely impact the opportunity for a healthy balanced life.
Objectives:
• Discover freedom from emotional baggage that blocks your spiritual growth & development.
• Recognize your triggers and create coping strategies that help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
• Learn strategies to overcome self-destructive behaviors.
• Gain a deeper understanding of how emotional development is directly connected to sustaining recovery from substance use disorder.
