Description

Come learn the art of pasta making with me as we explore four different classics paired together with a traditional sauce.

In this hands-on class, we will explore the world of pasta making. Learn the techniques for making fresh pasta from scratch step by step. Discover how to make a pasta sauce which pairs well with each pasta.

The classes will be four consecutive weeks concentrating on one pasta and one sauce each week.

The menu for this session will include:

-Linguini with Cherry Tomato basil and Pancetta Sauce

-Gnocchi with Basil Pesto

-Lemon Ricotta Ravioli and Basil Cream Sauce 

-Cappelletti with Broth

-Cappelletti in Broth
