For centuries, millions from all ages have practiced Tai Chi daily. Practicing Tai Chi results in improved circulation, digestion, coordination, strength and flexibility. Tai Chi helps to improve the immune system and relax your mind. This class teaches the Yang Form of Tai Chi.
