Please join me as we make pasta with sauces. There is something for beginners and returning students alike. We will be combining skills

of pasta making with sauces to sample at the end of class. As a group we will learn how to make pasta, and I will be demonstrating

three different sauces which pair with each of the pastas perfectly.

 

The menu for this session will include:

 

Spaghetti and pancetta and cherry tomato sauce,

Gnocchi with Basil Pesto,

Lemon Ricotta Ravioli and Brown Butter Sage Sauce.

 

The classes will be threeconsecutive weeks concentrating on one pasta and one sauce each class. Don’t forget your aprons and appetites for learning and sampling our pasta together! Bring containers to bring home your pasta!
