Description

This course will teach students practical skills in a hands-on setting.  With a focus on how to apply, monitor and measure electrocardiography tests in a flexible, hybrid learning environment. Additionally, students will learn basic vital signs, performing rapid response procedures, set up for Holter Monitors, and provide the results to the physician for interpretation. Students will be required to complete 44 clinical hours with at least 10 EKG’s on live individuals.

Prerequisites: High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and a working computer.
