Description
This workshop is a great introduction to materials and techniques
to get you started
working in pastels. This versatile
medium uses both
drawing and painting methods. With
the vibrancy of pure
pigment, pastels create painterly images.
In this workshop we
will explore mark making practices
and pastel painting
fundamentals as
well as advanced
methods to create
our own work. This
workshop is for
anyone wanting to explore and create a medium that has so many
possibilities. No prior art training is necessary. $10 materials fee.
